1. Introduction

Thank you for using Collection Tracker: Vaultly (“the App”). Your privacy matters. This document explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.

The App is designed to help you organize and manage your personal collections. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We only collect what is required for the App to function.

2. Information We Collect

The App may collect the following types of information:

2.1. Data You Add to the App

When you create collections and items, the following information may be stored:

• Collection names and categories
• Item details (title, description, notes, tags, custom fields, etc.)
• Optional photos you attach to items
• Optional metadata (purchase date, price, condition, etc.)

This data is stored locally on your device and/or on your cloud storage account if you enable cloud backup in future features.

2.2. Device Information (Anonymous)

To improve performance and stability, the App may collect anonymized analytics such as:

• App version
• Device model
• iOS version
• Crash reports
• Feature usage patterns (anonymous)

This does not include personal identifiers or collection/item data.

2.3. Purchase Information (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchases. When you start a subscription, RevenueCat processes:

• Your Apple App Store transaction ID
• Subscription status (active, cancelled, trial)
• Country/region associated with the purchase RevenueCat does not receive your collection data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

3.1. To Provide App Functionality

• Store and manage collections
• Store photos and item details
• Sync your subscription status
• Enable features you paid for

3.2. To Improve the App

Anonymous analytics help us:

• Understand feature usage
• Detect crashes
• Improve performance
• Plan future updates

3.3. To Manage Your Subscription

RevenueCat handles:

• Purchase validation
• Free trials
• Subscription renewals
• Refund or cancellation syncing

We never store or see your payment information.

4. Data Storage

4.1. On Your Device

All collection, item, and photo data is stored locally on your device unless you choose cloud-based features.

4.2. Optional Cloud Backup (If You Enable It)

If the App introduces cloud backup, your data may be synced to your personal cloud account or our servers with your consent. Details will be updated in this policy if cloud features are added.

5. Data Sharing

We do not:

• Sell your data
• Share your data with advertisers
• Track you across apps or websites

We may share limited data with:

5.1. RevenueCat

For subscription validation only.

5.2. Apple

Crash and analytics information may be shared anonymously through Apple’s system-level analytics (if you enabled it on your device).

5.3. Service Providers (If Introduced Later)

If we use additional analytics or backup services, they will follow strict privacy requirements. This policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your region, you may have the following rights:

6.1. Right to Access

Request a copy of your stored data.

6.2. Right to Delete

Delete your data at any time:

• Inside the App (by removing your collections/items) = By deleting the App (removes all local storage)

6.3. Right to Correct

Edit or update incorrect information inside the App.

6.4. Right to Export

Export your collections (when this feature becomes available) as CSV or other formats.

6.5. Right to Restrict Processing

You can turn off analytics in your device settings.

6.6. Right to Withdraw Consent

If any feature requires consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if:

• New features are added
• Cloud storage is added
• Required by law

We will update the “Last updated” date above.
