Data We Collect
Supplements Tracker: SmartStack stores the following data:

- Your Stack: Personal supplement lists, dosages, schedules, and cycle information
- Intake History: Records of when you took supplements (dates, times, amounts)
- Daily Logs: Subjective metrics (energy, sleep, stress levels) and notes
- User Preferences: App settings and preferences
All data is stored locally on your device using Core Data.
iCloud Sync
When iCloud Sync is enabled:
- Your supplement stack, intake events, and daily logs sync automatically across your Apple devices via iCloud Private Database
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Only you can access your data (Apple handles authentication)
- You can disable iCloud Sync at any time in Settings
- Disabling sync does not delete your local data
No Third-Party Analytics or Tracking
We do NOT:
- Collect analytics or usage statistics
- Use third-party analytics services
- Display advertisements
- Track your behavior across apps or websites
- Sell or share your data with third parties
- Use cookies or tracking technologies
The only external service we use is the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD) for product information lookups, which does not involve transmitting your personal data.
Your Control
You have full control over your data:
- Delete Data: Use "Clear All Data" in Settings to remove all local data
- Export Data: Pro users can export their data as CSV or PDF files
- Disable Sync: Turn off iCloud Sync at any time
- Account Removal: Since we don't require accounts, there's no account to delete. Simply delete the app to remove all data.
For subscription management, use the "Manage Subscription" option in Settings or visit the App Store.
Data Security
We take data security seriously:
- All data is stored locally on your device
- iCloud sync uses Apple's encrypted Private Database
- No data is transmitted to our servers
- We don't have access to your personal information
